1952/57 Gibson Les Paul

Black Magic Vintage is pleased to offer a KILLER 1952/57 PAF conversion done by Dave Johnson!
 
DJ converted this instrument back in 2009, accompanying hang tag included. It features primarily vintage parts including a fantastic set of PAF's! The front or neck pickup has a short mag from 1961 (7.75 ohms) and the rear or bridge pickup is a long mag from 58-60; a very musical pickup. It measures 8.21 ohms, a perfect sounding set! 
This thang is a feather (for a Lester) coming in at 8 lbs 3 oz. The neck is full and fits the hand perfectly; it measures .88 @ 1st & .98 @ 12. wonderful! Since conversions really are the sum of their parts, lets begin at the top!

Yes, the neck has been reset to the proper angle and the original logo remains untouched. This is a wonderful conversion that has had time to mature. It's checked everywhere and is a lot of guitar for the money!
