1954 Gibson Les Paul

BMVG's is pleased to offer a monster 1954 Gibson Les Paul Standard!
 
54's are coveted by players and collectors for their iconic looks, excellent neck profile, strong sonic ability and slinky feel. 
 
This example really checks all of the boxes when you're looking for a 54. 
The neck measures .90 @ 1st & 1.00 @ the 12th with a slight V and modest shoulders, its perfection! The P90's are full & nasty when pushed and of course clean up extremely well. The touch sensitivity is off the charts with this one! The 90's measure 7.5 N & 7.8 B; a perfect pairing! This beauty weighs in at 8 lbs 8oz. again and this can't be understated, this example checks all the boxes. 
 
The condition is incredibly strong overall showing only modest play wear and the back of this instrument features a STUNNING piece of figured mahogany.
This guitar has also received a fairly recent re-fret with very little usage after. They were done under the binding in a more traditional "59" size wire and the guitar plays extremely well up and down the board.
The solders remain factory perfect and the original case is also in excellent condition!
