1959 Gibson ES-345

BMVG's is pleased to present a true "Burst Killer" - 1959 ES-345!
 
These instruments are so incredibly versatile and quite honestly extremely slept on. Half the price of a 335 and pennies on the dollar to their LP counterparts. Sonically there isn't anything an LP can do that a 3x5 can't. In fact there are sonic qualities (especially in the room) that a semi hollow can provide that a solid body simply can not. I digress...
 
This example is a mid year and firmly in the double white PAF sweet spot, so yeah huge bonus! A monster set of double whites takes this 45 to a whole other level! The varitone has been disabled & she is set up mono (most are) and we all greatly prefer the ease of plug in & play usage. Unlike many where the entire harness is ripped out, rebuilt or simply replaced with modern pots; this one has simply been disabled, cans still on the pots, all the original electronics remains in the guitar is as it should be! 
 
This burst killer was played often but also very well taking care of. It has incredible vibe but is also very clean, lots of super desirable checking, vibrant color and the finish has aged into that slick glass like feel. Frets are in tremendous condition and she is set up, intimated to perfection & ready to rock!
